All three Defendants were issued a $10,000.00 secured bond and released after posting same.
On August 20, 2012 detectives from the Dover Police Criminal Investigation Unit arrested three adult employees from the Hands of Our Future LLC Daycare, located at 868 S. State St. in Dover. Investigation led to their arrests after detectives viewed cell phone video of an incident that occurred in March of 2012 where the three female employees watched and encouraged two 3 year olds to fight each other while at the daycare. The three Defendants were each charged with Assault 2nd, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Conspiracy. Hands of Our Future LLC Daycare has had their City of Dover Business License suspended pending a hearing.
