Narrative
On January 28, 2010 officers from the Dover Police Department Sex Offender Unit were conducting sex offender verifications. During which they discovered that Charles Robinson WM 29 had moved from his residence in the 100 block of Roosevelt Avenue on January 20, 2010.
Robinson had 3 days to register his new address with the State Bureau of Identification. As of this date, Robinson has still not registered and his wherabouts are unknown. Robinson is a Tier 2 sex offender and has additional bench warrants for his arrest from Superior Court in Kent County.
A warrant has been obtained for Robinson and he has additional bench warrants for his arrest from Superior Court in Kent County.
If anyone knows of his whereabouts they are asked to contact the Dover Police at 736-7111.
