Narrative
On 02/03/10 at approximately 2215 hrs, an 18 year old Dover woman was seated in the drivers seat of a vehicle with three other subjects when she was shot by the subject seated behind her. She suffered a single gunshot wound and was transported to Bayhealth where she underwent surgery for internal injuries. Investigation has led to warrants being placed on file for Dandre Chandler 17, of Dover, for Assault 1st and Poss of a Firearm During Commission of a Felony. Anyone with information as to his wherabouts are asked to contact the Dover Police Department at 736-7111.
