On 02/04/10 at approximately 1300 hrs, Officers from the Dover Police Department's Drug Unit and Safe Streets Unit executed a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Def Damon Butler and located a total of 1783.6 grams of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and a loaded .45 caliber handgun. Def Butler was committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional in default of $5350.00 secured bond
