******UPDATE*****
On 02/27/10 the Dover Police Department identified Def Demarcus Shelborne b/m 25 of 10 Salevan Place, Milford De, as the shooter at the incident at the Loockerman Exchange. On 02/28/10 Def Shelborne turned himself in to the Milford Police. He is being charged by Dover PD with Assault 1st, PFDCF, and CCDW. He will be arraigned later this date. Bond is pending
On 02/26/10 at approximately 0050 hrs an unknown b/m suspect shot another subject after the two were involved in a physical altercation inside the Loockerman Exchange. The supect described as a black male 5'07" 190 lbs wearing a black jacket and jeans fled on foot after the incident. The 27 year old victim was transported to BayHealth with a single gunshot wound to the abdomen and is listed in stable condition.
