Narrative
On 02/27/2010 the Dover Police arrested James H. Benson for a rape and burglary which occured last year on 04/14/09 on N. State St.. Follow up investigation and some of the stolen property from the incident, led detectives to the identity of Def Benson. He was apprehended in Liberty Court and taken into custody without incident. He was committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional in default of $61,000.00 cash bond.
