Narrative
On Saturday, March 06, 2010 at approximately 1:30 a.m. the defendant and a male victim were arguing at a residence in the 100 block of North Queen Street. The defendant then produced a knife and stabbed the victim in the leg and fled from the residence. The defendant then called the Dover Police Department and admitted to the dispatchers what had just occurred. The defendant was taken into custody without incident and was arraigned at JP 7. He was committed to James T. Vaughn Correctional Center on a $7,500 secured bond. The victim received a puncture wound to his thigh but refused any medical treatment.
