Narrative
On 03/07/10 ata pproximately 1700 hrs the Dover Police arrested Def Sylvon Hemingway after he got into a vehicle parked in front of the store. The vehicle was occupied by a 13 year old and a 1 year old who were waiting for their mother to exit the store. The mother came out and observed Def Hemingway and ordered him out of the vehicle. He complied and was observed by the responding officer. Def resisted the officers arrest and a bystander assisted the officer in the apprehension. Def Hemingway again resited once the officer attempted to place him in the cellblock at Dover PD. He was also found to be a Fugitive from Talbot County Sheriffs Office in Maryland for drug and traffic charges. Def was commited to James T. Vaughn in default of $6500.00 secured bond
