Narrative
On 03/08/10 at approximately 1500 hrs, the victim was approached at the Dover Downs Casino by a female, later who asked him for a ride home. Victim drove the female to Towne Point and immediately after she got out of the vehicle, victim was approached by a male subject who threatened to shoot him and then demanded money. The suspect obtained victims money and fled. Through investigation with the help of Dover Downs Security, the two were identified as James Durham and Shelva Smith of Dover. On March 9, 2010 both were arrested after a traffic stop by the Dover Police and Probation and Parole officers and taken into custody without incident. They were arraigned at JP7 and Def Durham was committed to James T. Vaughn in default of $45,000.00 secured bond. Def Smith posted bond on $25,000 secured bond and was released.
