Narrative
On 03/09/10 the Dover Police Department's Drug Unit executed a search warrant at 15 Heritage Dr. where they loctaed 5.5 grams of powder cocaine, 5.5 grams of crack cocaine, along with drug paraphernalia and assorted ammunition. Def Donnell Drayton was taken into custody inside the residence and charged with numerous drug related offenses. He was committed to James T. Vaughn in default of $41,000 secured bond.
