*******UPDATE*******
On 03/16/10 the Dover Police arrested the second subject involved the robbery at Country Village Apartments. Def Jermaine Zachary was also charged with Robbery 1st and Conspiracy 2nd for his involvement in the robbery which occured on March 9, 2010. He was committed to James T. Vaughn in default of $16,000 secured bond.

On 03/12/10 Def Donta Durham turned himself in to the Dover Police Department and was arrested for Robbery 1st and Conspiracy 2nd and he was committed to James T. Vaughn in default of $27,000 secured bond
On 03/09/10 at approximately 0427 hrs victim was approached by two black males in the parking lot of Country Village Apartments in Dover. He was assaulted by the two suspects who fled with an undetermined amount of the victims money. On 03/10/10, the Dover Police obtained warrants for Donta Durham d.o.b 01/02/89, of East Water St. in Dover for the incident. Anyone with information as to his wherabouts are asked to contact the Dover Police Dept. at 736-7111.
