Narrative
On March 9, 2010, the Dover Police Department received a 911 call from a female reporting she had been kidnapped and placed in the trunk of a vehicle which was driving around Dover. Numerous patrol units responded to the area of Garfield Dr and an exhaustive search took place. A City of Dover employee spotted the vehicle with her driving same and the only occupant. Through investigation it was determined to be a false report and she was arrested for same.
