Narrative
On 05-11-09 at approximately 1200 hrs the victim arrived home to find a black male exiting his residence. He confronted the man who then left in his vehicle. The victim obtained his tag number and then went inside to find that the suspect had removed money. He called police and provided the tag which came back to a Middletown address. Middletown Police then apprehended the suspect in Middletown and he was turned over to the Dover Police and arrested for the burglary and theft. He was released after posting $6000.00 secured bond.
